Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
Orders shipped are non-refundable. Orders cancelled before shipment are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

How will I know you received my order? After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

What is included with a courseware order? For each order, you will receive instructor slides, student manuals, and lab exercises and solutions.

What is the minimum quantity? All orders require a minimum quantity of 10 units.

How long does it take to process an order? Orders are typically shipped within five business days of placement. Rush orders are available for an additional charge.

What options are available to see materials before purchasing? For each course, there is an outline, detailed description, full table of contents, and excerpt from a sample chapter. How are these materials different from Andrew Troelsen's books available at Barnes and Noble and Amazon.com? This courseware is authored for instructor-led training versus self-study.

What is your support policy? Instructors and setup personnel are asked to please read and follow all installation documentation carefully before contacting Intertech.

Free support is only included for errors directly related to the course. Free support is not for setup, configuration, or delivery assistance. See the Premium Support section for questions related to these areas.

Errors directly related to the course should be directed to info@intertechcourseware.com. When emailing, please provide the following information:

  • Describe the error in as much detail as possible; noting specific error messages where possible.
  • Your name and contact information.
  • How (phone/email) and when you preferred to be contacted.


You are encouraged to perform setup and testing early to avoid any configuration issues. Emails will be responded to within 3-5 business days.


Premium Support
